Overview
These terms apply to plumbing services provided by Elite Plumbing Pros in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, California.
Service requests
Service is based on availability and location. Response times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather and call volume.
Pricing and payment
Pricing depends on the requested work and site conditions. An estimate or quote is provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Property conditions and liability
We work with professional care but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service where permitted by law.
Cancellation
Please call as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate California court.
